Despite the presence of thousands of gawking strangers and a troupe of stripping dancers, two Sydney men are confident of having an "intimate, tender" wedding when they and two other Sydney couples marry in public tonight. Wedged between a performance of a 13-piece salsa outfit and a Celtic street party, Greg Small, 34, and Avan Tiong, 23, will exchange vows during tonight's carnival opening to the Sydney Festival.
